I am a Software Development Engineer at Amazon Web Services (Training & Certification), where I lead engineering of the skills-assessment platform and architected its GenAI assistant on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore — cross-session agent memory, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool orchestration in production. I have eighteen years in software engineering across AWS, HSBC, and Tata Consultancy Services.

My current focus is the evaluation and reliability of large-language-model and AI-agent systems: how you measure whether an agent actually does what it claims, and how you make those results reproducible.
